Returns
Return Period
You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions
Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused and in their original packaging.
For items where hygiene is essential, products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds
Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Returns must be sent to China, with shipping costs starting from €20, which are fully covered by the customer
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
If the issue occurs a second time, we will issue a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed due to our automated processing system.
